Class Certification

CRA provides economic advice and testimony in large, high-stakes antitrust class action cases, as well as class certification services in a broad range of areas ranging from competition and finance to labor and employment. Our experience includes analysis of class certification issues, liability, aggregate and individual class damages, injunctive relief, and settlement distribution issues.

We also use our background in economic theory, econometrics, and game-theory modeling to analyze other economic issues, such as market definition, market power, and anticompetitive effects. Because class certification disputes often require extensive data analysis and econometric/statistical modeling, we frequently build and analyze large, complex datasets.
