Thomas Watson leverages his background in scientific research and data analytics to identify where life science organizations can build successful strategies.
Tom has supported and managed projects commissioned by leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies with a wide range of objectives, including commercial pricing and market access strategy, commercial opportunity assessments and due diligence, and corporate management support. He has worked on a variety of technologies, including drugs, diagnostics, medical devices, and digital health technologies, from early development through patent expiry. Tom has global expertise, covering major North American, European, Asian, and South American markets, as well as new emerging economies.
He is a co-inventor on patents and a contributing author on several scientific research articles. Prior to his role at CRA, Tom was a scientist for a biotechnology company R&D unit and an academic at the Francis Crick Institute, London.
