Dr. Brachet specializes in applied econometrics, labor, and health economics and has been involved in a number of merger, price-fixing, and foreclosure cases in industries ranging from retail gasoline, to airlines, to industrial chemicals.
Prior to joining CRA, he was an assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and was a senior fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. His research spans topics in labor, health economics, and industrial organization.
Dr. Brachet has published articles in the American Economic Journals(Microeconomics and Applied Economics) and in Health Services Research.
