Stephen P. Rusek has expertise developing strategic recommendations for clients in business and litigation matters. He specializes in conducting innovative economic and financial analyses in the areas of intellectual property; valuation in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity investments; and securities litigation.
Mr. Rusek works with clients in industries such as software, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, and financial services to help them identify opportunities and evaluate business decisions. His expertise includes devising and applying analytical models to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and revenue and cash flow forecasting. He regularly presents his analyses and results to a range of audiences, including outside counsel, executives, clients’ operational personnel, and government officials.
Mr. Rusek has also presented and written extensively on topics including company valuation, strategic licensing, and transfer pricing issues. Mr. Rusek is a certified financial analyst (CFA) charterholder.
