He frequently advises companies and their counsel regarding economic issues in commercial litigation and has testified as an expert witness in a wide range of litigation, including patent, copyright and trademark infringement, theft of trade secrets, commercial contract disputes, antitrust, dealership termination, dumping, breach of fiduciary duty, and securities violation cases. While the issues have varied from case to case, most include an analysis and evaluation of financial and market data for purposes of determining the extent of damages.
