Nitya Dixit
Nitya Dixit is an associate principal in CRA’s Competition Practice with several years of experience in project management, economic research, and statistical analysis involving antitrust issues.
Ms. Dixit has experience with matters involving claims of price fixing, monopolization, exclusionary conduct, and tying. She has regularly assisted clients with the assessment of class certification, merits, and damages issues in litigations, and provided support during mediations.
Ms. Dixit regularly manages large teams of economists and analysts during litigation and consulting engagements through the combination of her training in mathematics and management with her experience in antitrust economics. She assists experts and clients in developing key arguments and drafting expert reports, critiquing opposing experts’ analyses, structuring rigorous empirical analyses based on complex datasets, preparing for depositions and trials, and supervising the discovery process.
Ms. Dixit’s experience spans a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, digital platforms, high tech products, food & beverages, automotive parts, and software. Prior to joining CRA, Ms. Dixit worked at other prominent economic consulting firms.
