Neal has 25 years of experience advising senior executives and corporate brands in the Americas, Asia, and Europe on strategy, organizational design, M&A, and CEO advisory.
Neal has played an interim role on client operating boards and executive committees of many clients. He works with clients on enterprise strategy, organizational design and effectiveness, portfolio coherence, resource allocation, mergers and acquisitions, and new markets entry. He frequently works with family-controlled public companies advising on issues such as succession, governance, and board management.
Neal has experience across many sectors including financial services and energy. Recent projects have focused on the energy transition, sustainability, and portfolio management.
He has been a guest lecturer at the London Business School, authored several articles, and been a contributor to the Financial Times and Telegraph and published in Harvard Business Review and Forbes on management topics.
