Monika Cwikla is an Associate Principal in the Financial Markets Practice at CRA. She has consulted on financial and economic matters involving insider trading, market manipulation, financial investigations, economic damages, and business valuations.
Monika has extensive experience in financial and statistical analyses in complex litigation, including trading activity/patterns, event studies, quantification of lost profits and damages, and portfolio management. She also helps in the preparation of expert reports and financial models to support the opinions of expert witnesses.
Prior to joining CRA, Monika received her B.S. summa cum laude from DePaul University in 2012, where she majored in Finance and Accounting. She holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. Monika also received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2015. She is licensed to practice in Illinois.
