Michelle Taylor is a vice president in the Risk, Investigations & Analytics Practice at CRA. She has over 20 years of combined public and private sector experience and leads multijurisdictional investigations with a particular focus on white collar investigations, risk mitigation, and crisis management.

Ms. Taylor is an experienced communications and strategy advisor, with experience in federal law enforcement and the intelligence community. She specializes in providing investigative guidance and strategic advice for complex and sensitive matters. She has performed risk assessments and due diligence of organizational security systems, and actionable recommendations to mitigate threats.

Prior to joining CRA, Ms. Taylor was a managing director at a risk advisory firm, and was responsible for managing incident response matters, custom security programs, and providing strategic advisory services to clients. From 2005 to 2019, Ms. Taylor served as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working on matters ranging from public corruption to counterterrorism. She also served in detail assignments on the Senate Homeland Security Committee and the White House National Security Council during her time in the FBI.

Ms. Taylor is a veteran of the United States Army, whose tours of duty include a combat deployment as a military intelligence officer in the Middle East.
