Michelle Guo is an associate principal in the Life Sciences Practice of CRA in New York.
Michelle is an epidemiologist who advises clients on improving the traditional drug development and commercialization pipeline through the applications of machine learning, statistical modeling, and cloud-based computing. She has led R&D transformations for various life sciences companies by utilizing data-driven decision making and intelligent clinical trial design.
Prior to moving into consulting, she held roles in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. Michelle was a R&D management consultant with a Big 4 firm where she built advanced analytics platforms for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients that drove innovation within clinical trials through reducing cost, screen failure rates, and patient burden.
