Ms. Sanyal has participated in all phases of the litigation process including preparing expert reports, evaluating damages claims, assisting in trial/arbitration support, and developing presentations and financial models. She has also provided expert testimony in an arbitration matter.
Ms. Sanyal’s experience in intellectual property litigation matters has included assisting clients in patent, copyright and trademark infringement matters. She has experience evaluating damages in the form of lost profits, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment. Ms. Sanyal’s experience also includes evaluating commercial damages, including those arising from breach of contract, tortious interference, unfair competition, and false advertising claims.
