Kritika Goel

Dr. Goel has experience in merger review and antitrust litigation across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health insurance, finance, retail, and travel. She assists clients throughout the merger review process by developing economic models and conducting econometric analyses. In antitrust litigation matters such as anticompetitive bundling and collusion, she contributes on the development of expert reports.

Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Goel earned her PhD in Economics from Boston College, where she specialized in Applied Microeconomics and Industrial Organization.
