Kenneth Kerr

Principal

Kenneth Kerr is a principal in the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice at Charles River Associates.

Kenneth specializes in applying advanced economic and quantitative techniques to a broad range of antitrust matters, including the analysis of exclusionary conduct, price-fixing allegations, damages litigation, and the competitive impact of both horizontal and vertical mergers. His recent experience includes high-profile, multi-jurisdictional mergers, such as Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware.

He also has extensive experience providing timely and effective responses to regulatory inquiries and managing complex data requests from antitrust authorities worldwide, including a proven track record of helping numerous clients achieve substantial compliance with Second Requests from the DOJ and FTC.

Kenneth has advised clients before competition authorities across the world and has experience across various industries, such as information technology, rail and air transportation, retail, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining CRA, Kenneth completed an MA in Economics at the University of Toronto and a BA in Economics from the University of Alberta.
