Dr. Juan Matamala is an associate principal in the Labor & Employment Practice where he assists clients with proactive employment practice audits and mediation and litigation support.
Dr. Matamala handles matters involving allegations of discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Dr. Matamala assists clients with data collection and production, complex statistical analysis, estimation of economic damages, and preparation of expert and rebuttal reports.
Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Matamala was an economist with a prominent labor and employment economics consulting, research, and analytics firm.
Dr. Matamala holds a Ph.D. in Management from the Global Economics and Management Program at UCLA Anderson and an MA and BA from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile in Santiago, Chile.
