Jonathan Yellin has served as our executive vice president and general counsel since March 2017. Mr. Yellin has been a member of our senior management since 2004, when he joined us as vice president and general counsel.
Prior to joining us, Mr. Yellin was a senior partner in the Insolvency and Restructuring practice at Riemer & Braunstein LLP from 1999 to 2004. Mr. Yellin received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1988 and his B.A. from The George Washington University, School of Public and International Affairs, in 1985.
