James C. Burrows is experienced in a wide variety of valuation, antitrust, international trade, and transfer pricing issues.

He has testified or consulted to counsel in litigation involving oil, coal, iron and steel, silver, copper, heating oil, aluminum, futures markets, infant formula, rail transportation, real estate valuation, financial services, retail trade, music, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, and environmental economics. He has also assisted several clients in presentations before the Federal Trade Commission. Dr. Burrows has published numerous books and articles on a variety of issues, including metals and minerals economics, petroleum economics, and natural resource damages.
