Fernando Meneguin is a consultant to CRA’s Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice, based in Brazil.
Fernando is currently a professor at IDP/Brasilia. He was the head of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Office (Ministry of Justice) in 2019. He was a visiting professor at UC Berkeley Law School in 2015/16, where he did research on Law & Economics with Prof. Robert Cooter.
He has produced many research articles published in peer reviewed journals, on areas such as law and economics, game theory, mechanism design, economics of incentives, labor market, social security, minimum wage policy, reelection, and fiscal policy.
