Duncan is an associate principal in the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice at CRA.

Mr. Graham regularly assists clients in getting FTC/DOJ clearance for proposed mergers, specializing in Second Requests and the use of modern software tools such as Polars and Databricks to efficiently process data at scale and accelerate compliance timelines. He brings nearly a decade of experience managing project teams, processing client data, and performing economic analyses to support mergers, acquisitions, and litigation in industries including retail, e-commerce, defense, life sciences, medical devices, health insurance, and software. He also assists in the preparation of expert reports and the creation of accompanying exhibits and presentations.

With Sandra Chan, Duncan co-leads the Antitrust & Competition Economics Practice’s cloud computing/big data team, ensuring CRA can quickly process and analyze the ever-growing data sizes and provide solutions to client questions and requests.
