Douglas H. Owens

He consults on employment and labor issues and directs complex data development and empirical analyses in support of expert witness testimony. He has assisted clients with matters involving pay audits, discrimination claims, and wage and hour claims, including meal and rest break violations and off-the-clock work. His research in microeconomics has been published in a number of journals and edited volumes. Prior to joining  CRA, Doug was Managing Director with Welch Consulting for more than 20 years.
