Christine Oumansour is a Vice President in CRA’s Energy Practice, based in Boston. She works with energy companies at the intersection of energy transition strategy and capital portfolio execution.
Ms. Oumansour has two decades of experience in the energy sector, collaborating with a wide network of global energy companies across five continents, to deliver $500Bn in CapEx portfolios across all types of energy infrastructure and project stages. She works extensively with energy owners, financial institutions, government entities and NGOs on capital optimization, climate scenarios and emissions reduction opportunities, and overall corporate strategy. She also brings functional expertise in capital planning and investment decisions, commercial and risk arrangements, and key strategic and regulatory issues.
Ms. Oumansour is a sought-out thought industry leader in the energy transition and CapEx space. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and has published studies on energy transition, IRA-driven investments, capital optimization, and the future of North American energy.
Ms. Oumansour holds an MBA from the London Business School, and an MA and BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
