Anthony Boden is a principal in CRA’s Energy Practice and an accredited member of the Energy Institute. He has 15 years of experience in senior management positions in the energy sector with a focus on power utilities.
He has consulted for clients in Europe, the Middle East, and Japan on large and complex M&A, energy trading, renewable strategy, long-term gas contracts, and retail pricing. Mr. Boden has held senior management positions at large utilities and has been responsible for the delivery of major projects across Europe.
Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Boden was a principal consultant with a major consulting firm where he led a team to ensure separation and optimization of companies, including financial stability, ESG, and program management. He also led projects to deliver transformation and strategy programs in retail, trading, and infrastructure companies, including three large M&A transactions.
Mr. Boden holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Durham and management certificates from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
