Amy M. Aukstikalnis
Vice President
Dr. Amy M. Aukstikalnis is Vice President in the Labor & Employment Practice of CRA.
She has been engaged as an expert witness or consulting expert on numerous labor and employment matters. Dr. Aukstikalnis’ practice includes the statistical analysis of claims (including compensation, hiring, promotion and termination) in class action employment discrimination cases, the preparation of pay equity and employment practice audits for Fortune 500 companies, and the evaluation of claims in wage and hour litigation.
She has prepared, and testified about, statistical analyses in class action employment discrimination cases, and economic damages in hiring, promotion, wage and hour, and alleged wrongful termination cases. She has also prepared studies related to, and testified about, unemployment spells, job market opportunities, earnings, benefit valuations, and other issues relating to claims of economic damage in employment litigation cases. Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Aukstikalnis was a Principal with Welch Consulting where she worked as a consultant and expert witness on labor and employment matters for the legal community for 25 years.
Dr. Aukstikalnis received her PhD in economics and MBA from the University of Houston where she specialized in labor economics and applied econometrics.
