Amanda Kight is an associate principal in the Forensic Services Practice where she specializes in high profile investigative and litigation matters, providing services in the areas of forensic accounting and compliance, including assistance in the preparation of expert reports.

Ms. Kight supports teams in performing data analytics, GAAP analysis, and fraud identification. She has experience in fraud and data investigations, including working on behalf of a closely held company, to complete an internal investigation into alleged asset misappropriation by the former company president and partner. She oversaw the on-site investigation that identified over $7 million in potentially embezzled funds by the former president and co-conspirators using information gathered through employee interviews, accounting records, and other supporting materials.

Amanda has litigation experience, assisting in the preparation of expert reports in the areas of asset tracing and quantification of damages. She has performed various analytics utilizing data from bank records, accounting data, public statements and fillings, select audit documentation, board meeting minutes and presentations, emails, and other documentation regarding knowledge and involvement in disputes involving both large corporations and small closely held businesses in a variety of industries.
