Adam J. Moore is a principal in the Intellectual Property Practice at CRA. He has applied his financial and economic expertise to a broad range of IP litigation, valuation, and transactional matters.

His IP litigation experience includes the development of complex financial models to determine economic damages, including lost profits, reasonable royalties, and unjust enrichment. His litigation experience also includes the evaluation of domestic industry and other economic issues in Section 337 Investigations at the International Trade Commission (ITC). Adam also has experience with valuation and strategy assignments dealing with licensing and M&A transactions.

Adam’s experience includes all types of IP assets, including patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights. His work has covered a wide variety of industries, including automobiles, consumer products, electronic devices, medical products, pharmaceuticals, software, and telecommunications.

Adam graduated with honors from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
