Lori E. Lightfoot, the former mayor of the city of Chicago and a former federal prosecutor, has joined CRA as a senior consultant to the Forensic Services Practice. Ms. Lightfoot will work out of the company’s Chicago and New York City offices.

Ms. Lightfoot served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Illinois from 1996 to 2002. She was later a senior partner at the international law firm of Mayer Brown LLP. From 2019 to 2023, Ms. Lightfoot served as the 56th mayor of Chicago. She has a B.A. in political science from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.
