Host: Cynthia Catlett is the Vice President of the Risk, Investigations & Analytics Practice at CRA. A specialist in U.S. anti-corruption law (FCPA), she graduated with honors in Law and Economics in the United States. She advises companies, audit committees, and boards of directors on issues related to fraud, corruption, and money laundering.
Co-Host: Patricia Agra is a senior partner at L.O. Baptista Advogados, where she leads the Competition and Compliance practices. With over 25 years of experience, she was a member of Brazil’s Competition Authority (CADE) and has a degree in Law from PUC/SP, along with an LL.M. from Boston University.

- Elca holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and taught at UnB and USP before joining the World Bank in Washington. Recognized for her creativity and leadership, she coordinated the film “Branco e Prata” and currently inspires others as a rabbi and speaker.
- Silvia is the Executive Legal Director at B3, where she leads a team of lawyers involved in projects in the capital markets, finance, and insurance sectors. She graduated in Law from USP and holds a Master of Laws from Northwestern University, specializing in corporate law and capital markets.
- Joana is the Senior Vice President of Brookfield, responsible for the distribution of the manager’s global funds in Brazil. She worked as an M&A lawyer in Europe and the United States for 15 years and has held leadership positions at Brookfield since 2012, including on the Audit Committees of Arteris S.A. and VLI Logística, and the Fiscal Council of NTS. She graduated in Law from University College Dublin.
