Dr. Valentín Estévez, Vice President in the Labor & Employment Practice at CRA. Dr. Estévez serves as a labor economics consultant and expert witness in labor matters, assisting clients in complying with fair/equal pay regulations and in audits and investigations by government agencies. He also conducts economic and statistical analyses of employment discrimination claims and applies Big Data and Artificial Intelligence techniques to labor and employment issues.
Erika Seddon, With over 15 years of experience in labor and union advisory services, Erika supports mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and the adaptation of compensation and benefits plans. She represents companies in judicial and administrative disputes, including interactions with the Public Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. She holds a law degree from PUC-SP and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from FGV-SP.
