CRA is a proud sponsor of the 2024 Fanaki Moot. The annual event provides Canadian law students the opportunity to address current civil or criminal issues in a growing field of law that balances private economic incentives with the public interest. Participants receive valuable feedback from top law enforcers, judges, and practitioners.
Margaret Sanderson is a judge alongside the Honourable Marshall Rothstein – former Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada.
The event is organized by the Competition Bureau, the Competition Tribunal, and the Canadian Bar Association.
