Isabel Tecu is the moderator of the first installment of Groundbreakers, a new economics seminar series by the ABA Antitrust Section Econ Committee, featuring new voices and new ideas in antitrust and consumer protection economics. The seminar features Professor Abraham Wickelgren (Texas Law) presenting his paper “Shorting Your Rivals: Negative Ownership as an Antitrust Remedy” (co-authored with Ian Ayres and Scott Hemphill and published in the most recent edition of the ALJ).
