Strategic planning of STEM programming for Boston-area girls from grades K-8

Through CRA’s partnership with Social Venture Partners Boston, Monica Noether has been working with Science Club For Girls, a Boston-area non-profit that provides free after-school and Saturday interactive STEM programming year-round to about 750 kindergarten-8th grade girls and non-binary individuals from minority or economically disadvantaged backgrounds. SCFG also provides opportunities for older students to work alongside adult STEM mentors in delivering the curriculum and working with the students. CRA is assisting SCFG to develop a five-year strategic plan focused on expansion, and to design the operational steps necessary to implement ambitious growth targets.
