- Conducted internal interviews to collect insights on current state of Medical Affairs from both medical team members and cross-functional partners
- Facilitated working sessions with medical team and commercial partners to develop, pressure-test, and finalize medical’s new mission, vision, values, and operating strategies
- Partnered with medical professionals to define objectives and key activities to support each operating strategy and facilitated cross-functional workshop to align on medical’s new activity plan
- Developed detailed implementation plan, including key performance indicators, to track medical success against plan
