Patent infringement damages for veterinary vaccine

A CRA expert provided an opinion on damages in patent litigation concerning intellectual property used in a vaccine for porcine viruses. CRA’s reasonable royalty opinion, on behalf of the defendant animal health company, was based in large part upon the payment terms of an existing license previously granted by the plaintiff.
