On behalf of a financial investor, CRA led market and regulatory due diligence efforts related to purchase of minority interest in transmission assets of a PJM transmission owner. CRA performed scenario analysis to address market and regulatory uncertainty and performed a combination of PJM market modeling and power flow analysis to develop long term transmission growth capex projections focused on baseline and network upgrade components.
