Liquified natural gas CRCIA arbitration

CRA acted as lead damages expert for a national gas company in a CRCICA arbitration with claimed damages of greater than $3 billion in the liquified natural gas (LNG) sector. The damage claims of the Complainant were dismissed by the arbitration tribunal after a hearing in Paris.
