CRA advanced analytics provided KPI tracking support to a pharmaceutical company with a novel oral product launching for prostate cancer and women’s health. We conducted workshops with >20 client stakeholders, and then designed tailored KPIs to measure impact and return of key launch tactics (e.g. copay assistance, benefit investigation, free sample). An interactive reporting dashboard was built in Tableau, after we processed and modelled a wide range of data sources, including Rx, sales, marketing, specialty pharmacy and claims. The final product allowed cross-functional use from internal stakeholders and rapid course correction by providing market performance and insights ‘real-time’.
