In October 2024, the Paris Commercial Court ruled that Google must pay €26.5 million in damages to the French ad tech company Equativ.
This decision stems from a lawsuit filed by Equativ, which accused Google of engaging in anti-competitive practices within the online advertising sector. The court found that Google had unlawfully leveraged its advertising tools to gain an unfair competitive advantage, causing financial harm to Equativ.
A CRA team included Mikaël Hervé as a testifying expert with assistance by Elise Abraham and Emma Gaillat.
