Situation: Our client wanted to understand how the site-of-care market for patient infusions would evolve over a ten year period and ascertain the role they should take to help or hinder the evolving marketplace.
CRA contribution: CRA developed scenarios based on expected stakeholder actions, regulations, and government policies that would act as SOC landscape mutators. We identified courses of action based on event likelihood that would enable the client to shape their position in the future landscape.
Result: CRA assisted the client in defining an action plan that enabled the client to take the role of channel captain and to develop a long-term strategy that would be sustainable for them and the involved stakeholders.
