CRA experts provided guidance to the internal investigations division and counsel’s office of a large insurance company during the course of an investigation into allegations of vendor fraud. CRA conducted employee interviews and oversaw investigative research involving both internal and public records. They presented recommendations for remedial action and enhancements to the company’s compliance functions to the general counsel, C-Suite, and board of directors.
