CRA was retained in a breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation dispute between a university and a biopharmaceutical company.
Dr. Sean Sheridan provided expert testimony on academic technology transfer practices and responded to the Plaintiff’s expert’s opinions regarding certain technology transfer agreements and practices. Dr. Sheridan analyzed numerous technology transfer agreements and other documents spanning over 25 years, and rebutted the Plaintiff’s expert’s opinions regarding how a technology transfer professional would interpret certain issues in the case.
