James Donohue evaluated and rebutted the opinions asserted by the Plaintiffs’ damages expert concerning the alleged harm due to the loss of carry rights. James Donohue submitted a rebuttal expert report and provided deposition testimony. With the help of analyses performed by CRA’s team, the Defendants’ successfully excluded the testimony of Plaintiffs’ damages expert. Ultimately, the Defendants were granted summary judgment in the matter, a ruling that was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals.
