Energy Industry Merger Litigation

CRA was retained by counsel for an energy infrastructure company that had agreed to be acquired by a firm in its industry to provide support in litigation relating to disputes that arose while the acquisition was in progress.  The acquisition ultimately failed and there is a pending litigation in Delaware Chancery Court.  CRA is supporting an expert focusing on the effects of a transaction that the acquirer undertook while the acquisition was in progress.
