Quenton Wright is engaged in an ongoing litigation matter by a Fortune 50 technology company charged with allegedly discriminating in hiring selection, leveling, performance evaluations, promotion, and compensation against thousands of Black and African American employees working across the nation. Given the variety of claims involved in this case and complexity of the employment processes, CRA’s work involves the construction of databases utilizing 45 different tables. CRA supported counsel with descriptive statistics used in filing the defenses’ motion to dismiss, which successfully dropped a subset of the class initially proposed. This case is ongoing, and expected to ramp up this year with production of data to opposing experts and further analyses of employee and candidate outcomes.
