eDiscovery services for multiple parties in a battle for control

CRA’s Forensic Services Practice was retained to provide eDiscovery services in a dispute between competing bidders for the ownership of one of Asia’s leading car rental companies. Our team hosted and provided eDiscovery litigation support to four international law firms representing twenty-four separate investor entities, each of which needed appropriate access, control, and support for the review of mass quantities of documents and files produced during discovery. As part of our scope, the team leveraged RelativityOne’s analytics functionality to conduct email threading, language identification, and textual near-duplicated analysis to reduce the overall review population and create more efficient review flows.
