Dr. Serge Moresi provided expert opinion in a dispute between the Government of Canada and Mosaic Forest Management Corporation, TimberWest Forest Company, and Island Timberlands Limited Partnership regarding the impact of the export permit processes for logs produced in British Columbia on domestic prices for logs. The matter settled on the eve of the trial.
