CRA Intellectual Property experts were retained by a provider of popular mobile games for a series of matters involving allegations of patent infringement.
CRA experts conducted several econometric analyses, including structural break regression. Additional econometric analysis was provided to rebut the opposing expert’s work. A CRA expert provided detailed expert reports and deposition testimony in a total of four matters. In the one matter that went to trial, the CRA expert provided testimony to assist the trier of fact.
