Client issue
A leading pharmaceutical company (top 10 by global revenue) sought to increase the impact of its global data science capability and improve return on investment from secondary and internally derived data sources, with a focus on customer profiling.

CRA approach
The client engaged CRA to develop and deliver skill-building training through CRA’s Analytics Center of Excellence. CRA managed content creation and training facilitation for several modular and interactive foundational capability sessions, enabling multiple subsequent client/CRA project collaborations. CRA built credibility and fluency in the client’s global information environment, leading to impactful innovations in customer profiling and dynamic segmentation across several global brands.

Client impact
In addition to delivering a comprehensive library of durable data science training tools, CRA produced a Power-BI dashboard that synthesizes comprehensive customer attributes into a single flexible and user-friendly decision-tool for deployment by global brands to better build/match relevant messages and media to current customer needs.
