CRA has worked with Liberty Utilities, an 800,000 customer utility operating in the U.S. and Canada, with a series of grid modernization initiatives aimed at significantly enhancing the company’s ability to serve its customers. CRA’s work has included technology roadmap development, investment analysis, cost-benefit development, stakeholder engagement, cost of service development, and regulatory testimony and support. CRA has supported projects involving Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI), ADMS implementation, and ERP/CIS/EAM systems, among other investments.
To support these initiatives, CRA has deployed a set of leading frameworks and analytical models and worked closely with client teams to evaluate options and consider the highest value investment opportunities for the company.
