CRA’s intellectual property experts were retained by a healthcare benefits management firm in a breach of contract matter with a major health insurance provider.
CRA’s statistical expert submitted an expert report rebutting the sampling and extrapolation conducted by the opposing expert for the purpose of estimating damages. CRA’s damages expert also submitted an expert report with an affirmative damages analysis, which did not rely upon the flawed sample. Deposition testimony was provided by each of the CRA experts.
