Arbitration of costs of operating lithium mine

In an arbitration concerning the terms of the acquisition of a lithium upstream asset in a South American country, CRA was retained to examine the operation’s costs after acquisition relative to those reported before the acquisition.  After submitting expert reports, this dispute settled before the hearing.
