When Westco refused to supply its live chickens to Nadeau Poultry, Nadeau claimed this would have an adverse effect on competition contrary to section 75. On behalf of Westco, CRA competition consultants provided expert evidence. The matter was dismissed, and our expert’s work was widely cited in the Tribunal’s decision.
